Bemonsteringsplan en controle omgevingsomstandigheden
De productie-eenheid (of proces-QC) voert volledige inspectie uit voor inspectie van het uiterlijk en elektrische prestatietest, en voor maatmeting of speciale inspectie wordt het eerste stuk van elk model bemonsterd en getest 5 stuks.
De kwaliteitseenheid meet 5 stuks voor het eerste monster van elk model, en keurt het GB/-2012 normale inspectie eenmalige bemonsteringsplan voor de uiterlijkinspectie goed, en het algemene inspectieniveau is II.

De examinator moet een elektrostatische ring en acht vingerbedjes aan beide handen dragen. Als het een LCD-scherm zonder polarisator is, moeten alle vingers vingerbedjes dragen.
De examinator kan visueel controleren of vergelijken met de filmvergelijkingstabel.
Raadpleeg het voorbeeld voor de elektrische test met behulp van de testopstelling en het scherm.
De afstand tussen de ogen van de inspecteur en het product is 30~40 cm. De kijkhoek voor inspectie is ±15 graden aan de voorkant van het verticale displaypaneel en ±45 graden aan de voorkant van het horizontale displaypaneel (zie onderstaande afbeelding)
Omgevingsverlichting: 800~1200LUX voor visuele inspectie

(1) Definitie van puntdefecten veroorzaakt door interne panelen.
a) Heldere vlekken: heldere stippen van constante grootte verschijnen op het LCD-scherm onder het zwarte patroon.
b) Donkere stippen: in de puur rode, groene en blauwe foto's verschijnen donkere stippen van dezelfde grootte op het LCD-scherm.
c) 2 aangrenzende punten = 1 paar = 2 punten.
